How to Take Part

Step 1: Get Your Admission

• $40 Family Admission Package:
  Full experience. Includes entry for your entire family, 1 large platter of Polish sausages, sauerkraut, and potato salad, water, coffee or tea, and
  12 extra activities or food tickets.
• $10 Basic Family Admission:
  Entry-only option for your entire family, for those who want to attend without the meal or pre-purchased tickets.

Please note: Admission tickets are required for entry and are non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions.
Admission includes hayrides, photo opportunities, music and entertainment, and some crafts.

Step 2: Activity and Extra Food Tickets

• Pre-sale Special: Buy 12 tickets for $10.
• Event Day: Tickets will be $1 each.

These tickets give you access to additional fun activities and food or drink options throughout the festival.
Plan ahead and save by getting your tickets early.

Tickets are needed for: inflatables, carnival games, face painting, and some crafts.

Why Pay It Forward?
Not everyone has the means to attend our event. With your generosity, more people can join the fun. By purchasing an extra ticket, you help bring our community closer together and make a positive impact on someone’s day.

How It Works:
Select the Pay It Forward option when purchasing your admission. Your extra ticket will be given to someone who would otherwise be unable to attend. This could be a member of the clergy, a neighbor, a friend, or someone we meet along the way. Your kindness makes a difference.

Step 3: Reserve a Market Table (optional)

• Reserve a table for $10 to sell crafts, produce, merchandise, or promote ministries.
• There is a limited amount of space; all market tables will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• One chair will be provided.
